Hartmore provide independent Quantity Surveying services to the Construction Industry for both Developers and Contractors, specialising in all aspects of residential development, plus groundworks packages for residential projects and commercial projects, labour only brickwork contracts, and roads & sewers packages.

We are based in Northwest England near to Manchester Airport, covering Manchester and the M56 corridor area through to North Wales, plus surrounding areas.

Hartmore Ltd. quantity surveying was formed in 2008 by private individuals with 20 years of Quantity Surveying experience primarily in the residential development sector.

Services provided are to both Client and Contractor side.  Clients have ranged from major UK housebuilders to ‘one man’ labour only bricklayers.

All public liability insurances are in place.
